Courtney Santana moved to Austin more than 20 years ago to attend The University of Texas at Austin. She hoped to go to law school after graduation, but that didn't happen. Her life changed completely after she met a man who eventually became her abuser. Now, after surviving that relationship, she’s using her experience to create a new app that helps abuse victims find shelter.
